With a registered capital of US 4.5 million, it is located in the core area of Hangzhou High-Tech Zone (Binjiang), Zhejiang Province, covering an area of 21.38 mu and building area of 12000 square meters.
As early as in 1997, in a wave of massive construction public cultural facilities following the inauguration of the National Centre for the Performing Arts, we had introduced modern stage technology represented by SBS Buehnentechnik GmbH of Germany into our country. In 2002, we jointly established the SBS Stage Engineering (Beijing) Co., Ltd. to facilitate the exploration in the Chinese market. Through comprehensive and in-depth project technical cooperation with the German partner, we had won many of the most representative engineering achievements in the high-end market of domestic stage machinery, such as Wenzhou Grand Theater, Wuhan Qintai Culture and Art Center, Henan Culture and Art Center, TVCC, Wuxi Grand Theater, etc. Following the continuous development of our domestic business, we have established the Hangzhou Company in 2005. With the deepening mastery and development of stage machinery and technology, our form of international cooperation has gradually transitioned from the initial German-oriented to the joint performance of the two sides, till mainly undertaken by the Hangzhou Company. Meanwhile, our scope of business has been successfully extended to other professional fields related to stage technology, such as professional lighting, professional acoustics and organ.
