Zhuhai Shizimen Central Business District is located in the center of Zhuhai's eastern urban area, western urban area and Hengqin New District. It is adjacent to Wan Tsai, Hengqin and Gongbei ports. It is separated from Macao by the Lingding Sea in the east, south to Hengqin Island Ring East Blvd, west to Zhuhai Free Trade Zone and Hengqin Bridge, north to the General Mountains, and directly connected to Hong Kong through the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. It covers an area of about 5.77 square kilometers, of which the northern region is located on the South Bay seaside, covering an area of about 2.28 square kilometers, and the southern region is located at Hengqin, covering an area of about 3.49 square kilometers. The total planned building area is 11 million square meter and the total investment of the project is more than RMB 100 billion.
